According to Newyork post,Notorious pharma bro Martin Shkreli is headed to Washington, DC for President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration – even if it is sans aplus-one.
A Brooklyn judge on Wednesday OK’d Shkreli’s travel to the nation’s capitol between Jan. 17 and 21 to attend a “social event,” according to new court filings.
Shkreli was booted off Twitter earlier this week after allegedly harassing Teen Vogue reporter Lauren Duca and asking her to accompany him to the inauguration.
The notorious 33-year-old price gouger was arrested in 2015 on securities fraud charges and, after getting sprung on $5 million bail, now has to abide by certain conditions of his release.
They include asking for the court’s permission to travel outside of the immediate New York City area.
Federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto also approved Shkreli’s travel to attend two “speaking engagements” – one at the University of California, Davis in Los Angeles from Jan. 13 to 15, and another in Princeton New Jersey from Feb. 11 to 12
