How Jamb and CAC keep discouraging Nigerians and stands Nigeria future at risk-Olaoluwa

Everycountry surrounding Nigeria knows there neighbour's citizens 're very talented, Patient and adaptive to any condition,Imagine a Nigerian lady identified as Fathia Kareem bagged the overall best medical student from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology,That the  educational aspects,Now again takes a look at aghogho,A youngman without degree makes a mini aircrafts,Nigeria is a very sufficient country. If you come down to mushin axis of  Lagos,There you will discover many upcoming rappers who 're even sounds than our so called chief celebrities,But I don't know why Nigeria government keep ignoring this opportunities, Only few media companies discovers talents,Naij discovered a boy who build a bungalow with a carton also channels tv discover aghogho,Nigeria government keep drowning Nigeria hopes with tough and strict agencies,I myself noticed two agencies that holds down Nigeria progress, (Jamb and CAC )This two agencies is killing Nigerian future in a very smooth manner.
Let Nigeria government scratch jamb off or let turn jamb to technical screening,Let jamb turns to technical screening  style.Nigeria government makes mistake but they tends to discover it when many damages have occurred.Government now know its the right time to scrape political science after creating millions of graduate in the course.
Jamb should be conducted in a technical manner,Student who want to study Computer science should be interviewed and also ask to operate the innermost of the computer system.Students who is intrested in studying mass communication should be interviewed according to fast writing skills,Fluency use of languages and lot more,Student who is intrested In music should be asked to  composed a good lyrics and even sing as a singer and rap as a rapper.
Nigeria keep distracting students with jamb,And still Nigeria universities advice students to withdraw every semester due to poor performances ,Nigeria students 're now good in cramming than any other thing,They don't know what they are reading but just read in other to pass examinations and forget instantly.people like aghogho in Nigeria don't need jamb,He attended secondary school,if he was admitted into any Nigeria university with just technical screening,I  believe he would be a champ in aeronautical lines and also change Nigeria story,Instead useless subject will be combined and at last students will be denied admission,As time goes on that students will be distracted and the nation loss additional future experts.
Secondly, CAC process is very expensive and not in any way support Nigeria upcoming entrepreneur,Imagine a student who is business wise and realise their is need for POS machine in school goes to bank and was told to bring CAC document,On getting to CAC office, over 79thousand  process fee declines the students from getting the machine down to school. Many enterprise owner will die at local and small-scale sales due to this CAC,I don't know where an entrepreneur will get CAC document to request for a loan and upgrade to next level.
Let support Nigeria upcoming entrepreneurs,If government support Nigerians youths, youths won't destroy image of the country oversees,Only few youths 're not involved in internets scamming, When the country can't develop the youth in good way they develop thereselves in the wrong way.
I believe by 2040, all Nigerians Will be denied entry to all European  countries because white men believe Nigerians 're bad and harming.Don't blame us blame our leaders.I know when the youth attacks the whiteman to the extents of denaying all nigeria entry to all other countries will be the time Nigeria government will know what next.
In conclusion the solution to Nigeria problem and future disaster is that let Nigeria government makes CAC process easy and also scrap or changes jamb to technical screening process. That's the only way I believe Nigeria can move forward.

Evans should have Kidnapped people kidnapping Nigeria money-Olaoluwa

I believe you kidnappers should be the mouthpiece of common man,I am disappointed in Nigeria kidnappers particularly "Evans and Co" because all you need to do is to work in favour of Buhari's administration,I feel bad Evans didn't even mentioned as little as one politician among his victims,You're busy kidnapping business man's who work hard for the money,If you have Kidnapped people kidnapping  Nigeria money,I believe only stupid Nigerian  will criticise you,I will advice other kidnappers in the country to please change the patterns and start doing a  straight research about political offices holders,Kidnap them and make sure you collect all the nation right they privatise,As for Evans you won't go in good because you 're terrorising ordinary Nigerians.
As for other kidnappers out there, The Nigeria law don't say you should not commit criminal act,But don't be get caught,The law will denied your innocent when you 're caught,One day you wil be nailled down but make sure you assist the nation,My advice for kidnappers is to work in support of current administration.
In conclusion,If you 're arrested,Nigerians will not criticized you the way Evans is been criticized,And to other professionals,Contribute to this country achievement,Buhari administration is an opportunity of upliftment to the nation and it citizens, let contribute to both economic growth and economic development,Let help Nigeria with our various professions,Kidnapping is not legal at the same not an outcast profession.

Trump fired justice

According to Washington post ,
Preet Bharara, a former U.S. attorney in New
York, said he alerted the Justice Department to
the president’s efforts to “cultivate some kind
of relationship” with him, and said he was fired
22 hours after refusing a phone call from
Trump. The recollections add a new dimension
to the debate over Trump’s firing of former FBI
director James B. Comey, who recently testified
about private conversations with Trump that he
viewed as inappropriate.

Things you should know before buying a land

By Adebisi Mubarak. A
*

ATTENTION PLEASE!!!! *****
****THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU
BUY THAT LAND*****
***ASK THE RIGHT QUESTION***
Many people, especially those who are about to
make their first land transaction get confused
when it comes to asking the right questions. In
some cases, intending investors ask questions
like “where is the place?”, “Is it far?” and lots of
other questions.I’ve even had an encounter with
someone who asked for the longitude and
latitude of the land.
While these questions are not out of place and
arise as a result of people trying to be careful so
that they don’t make a financial commitment
they would later regret, wouldn’t it be better if
they knew the right questions to ask? That brings
us to the first question anyone intending to buy
land should ask which is *“what is the status of
the land?”*
****KNOW THE STATUS OF THE LAND****
Before you buy land in Nigeria, it is very
important that you know the status of the land!
Knowing the status of the land you are about to
buy can save you a lot of money and
unnecessary hassles.Imagine buying a piece of
land and erecting a building on it, just for the
government to come some years after, and tell
you to move out, with claims that your building is
illegal because it is sitting on government
property. All these can be prevented if you know
the status of the land you are investing in before
sealing the transaction. This brings us to Land
classification.
****LAND CLASSIFICATION****
Land can be classified as either free or acquired.
A parcel of land is considered free if the
government has not indicated any interest
whatsoever in that land.Such land is safe to buy
because the title on the land can be perfected
without issues. In most cases, such lands will
either have a gazette, a C of O or a governor's
consent.
Now that you understand what it means for land
to be free, you should also know that all lands
that fall within areas that are designated as
urban areas are under government acquisition
until deemed committed or free.
There are two types of acquisition;
1.committed acquisition
2.General acquisition or committed acquisition
A parcel of land is said to be under committed
acquisition when the government has indicated
an intention to use that land for a specific
purpose such as provision of amenities.Such
lands belong to the government and can never
be available for use by individuals. If you
purchase land that is under committed
acquisition, it will be impossible for you to
perfect your land title and you’ll only be
occupying the land until the government comes
to kick you out.
General acquisition: Lands that are under
“general acquisition or “global acquisition can
later be confirmed ‘free’ or ‘committed’.A land
under general acquisition can become free by a
process called ***EXCISION***.
EXCISION is a process whereby the government
releases a portion of an expanse of land that is
not committed. If a parcel of land that was
formerly under acquisition becomes excised, it is
then considered free and becomes *GAZETTED*.
The gazette then becomes the title on the land
and such land is safe to buy because a proper
title can be processed on the land.A second
case where lands under general acquisition can
be released is if an individual purchased a land
that was under acquisition without going through
an excision process.
Such lands can go through another process
called “RATIFICATION” or “REGULARISATION” in
which the land OWNER pays for the land to be
ratified or regularized. The only conditions in this
case are that the land in question must not fall
within a committed area and that the purpose for
which the land was bought does not disrupt the
original plan of the state.
Conditions for ratification may differ from state
to state.
I hope by now you understand the most
important questions to ask when buying land in
Nigeria and the kind of lands you should avoid.
If you got value from this article, please share it
with others, you might just be saving someone
from possible demolition in future. What other
questions do you think first time investors should
ask.
