Criminal act has become rampant in shyllon area of mushin.
A Resident who pleaded anonymous said,before you decide to live in this area you must be disciplined and transfer the discipline to your children if not the children will turn tout in a speed of light.
One man talk to OLAS staff says ,in this area ladies and younger girls smoke weed causing immoral odour in the area.it was disclosed that many conflict occurs in this area frequently which wil results in loss and damages.The residents call on nearby police and all efforts are jeopardized.
